Should you require monthly bookkeeping to complete the bi- monthly VAT return to SARS, or annual bookkeeping processed to have Annual Financial Statements drafted we are able to assist.

We have competent bookkeepers who will work with you hand in hand.

We have the capabilities to assist with Annual Financial Statements for Small to Medium entities & submit the Company Tax returns on your behalf to SARS.

Payroll

Every entity has their own payroll procedures, we are capable to assist with a month end real time payroll run, salary PAYE calculation and the monthly submission of the EMP201 to SARS.

Submitting your UIF declaration to the Labour Department is also mandatory and we make use of U Filing to submit these returns on your behalf.

Taxation

Whether you are an employee with a standard IRP5 with a Medical Aid or policy and require your Personal Tax return submitted, or an Individual who is a Sole Proprietor and requires an extensive personal Income Tax return submitted we can assist.

We have the capabilities of providing you with your Tax Clearance certificate and any SARS Income Tax issues you may have.

Our home

We are a small accounting firm in Cape Town Edgemead, our offices are run from the renovated residential Property of Nicole Pretorius.

We fit within the parameters of

Our story

Nicole Pretorius purchased an exisiting firm

of which she was an employee for five years. Nicole studied part time for seven years, while working, to become an Accountant.

Her first employment (also an Accounting firm) was where her passion started to assist clients run their businesses well.

Nicole has learnt alot in her 10 years of 'employed firm experience' and what clients need to run their businesses.
